What to expect.

We will start on Friday afternoon with worship with Danny Donnelly and teaching by Dave Morrow, followed by  2 workshop tracks.

On Friday night Sherri Youngward will share a "worship concert" with us.  Afterward, you may gather in the fellowship hall for an "open mic" event we call the stir.  This will be an opportunity for anyone who would like to, to share an original song or 2.  You may also just hang out and fellowship.  The Coffee Bar will be open, and goodies will abound!

We will begin our day on Saturday with a full breakfast in the morning followed by Worship with Danny, teaching from pastor John, and communion together. 

After another workshop track we will have lunch in the Coffee Bar patio.

Saturday afternoon we will have worship with Dave Morrow and Band, and teaching from Danny Donnelly.

We will complete our time together with one more workshop track.

Here are some of the workshops we have lined up so far.  We are working on adding others, so check back as the Conference gets closer for updates!

• Danny Donnelly will be sharing a workshop on songwriting, as well as an acoustic guitar clinic.  His guitar workshop will be repeated to give everyone a chance to attend!

• Sherri Youngward will also do a songwriting workshop where she will share some of her songs and then talk about the process of writing them.  This workshop will be from more of a "devotional" point of view.

• 2 of our own bass players, Ryan Shultz and Kevin Marsh will lead a workshop for the Bass Players.

• Hannah Birtell, our own piano and keyboard player, is a piano teacher, and will be leading this clinic for the "key" players.

• David Judd from Taylor Guitars will be here once again to give practical tips on caring for and maintaining your guitar.  He may also be able to make some minor repairs to your instrument if you ask nicely!

• Dayna Koehn, is a vocalist and music therapist. She has had the opportunity to study under Mr. George Darden, accompanist and vocal coach for the Metropolitan Opera and has earned degrees in both vocal performance and music therapy.   She will be teaching 2 vocal workshops.

• Dave, Danny and Sherri will do a Q & A session.  This always gives an opportunity to glean from a variety of experience and opinions.

• Dave Morrow and Band will once again do a workshop on arranging. We will attempt to demonstrate some ideas of how to change some of those old songs and talk about how we go through the process of coming up with our arrangements.  Good or bad!

• Sherri Youngward will be sharing a workshop on how to use some specific techniques to enhance your devotional time in God's Word.
